Wear & Tear Solutions is not an insurance company. The Health Plus Membership is a connection and directory service designed to introduce independent contractors to Primary Care Physicians. This membership is NOT health insurance, a health insurance policy, a vehicle service contract, or a substitute for comprehensive health insurance.

Wear & Tear Solutions does not pay for, cover, or reimburse medical services, procedures, or prescriptions. Members are solely responsible for establishing a patient-provider relationship and paying their selected Primary Care Provider directly for any and all medical services rendered. Availability of participating Primary Care Providers may vary by city and metropolitan area. By purchasing this membership, you acknowledge that this is a referral and connection service only.
