Cancellation policy

Wear & Tear Solutions Subscription & Retainer Policy

By purchasing a Wear & Tear Solutions membership, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file. You maintain full control over your account and may alter or cancel your subscription at any time following your initial order.

Membership Cancellation

• Voluntary Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time via your secure Member Portal. No phone calls or emails are required.

• Automatic Cancellation: To maintain network integrity, our system will automatically cancel your membership and close your account after five (5) consecutive failed payment attempts.

Retainer Credits & Refunds

• Return of Retainer Credits: We believe your money belongs to you. Upon cancellation of your account, whether voluntary or automatic, 100% of the remaining credits in your benefits retainer will be returned to you. We do not charge cancellation fees or withhold any portion of your unused retainer.

• Transfer Timeline: Please allow 45 to 65 days from your official date of cancellation for the final retainer funds to be fully processed and transferred back to your original payment method.

• Subscription Fees: While your personal retainer funds are always yours, the base monthly subscription and platform access fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
