  • Yes. Members can allocate funds for healthcare, medications, or telemedicine appointments. We partner with licensed medical professionals who set their own service fees, billed monthly.
Can I add extra funds to my account?
  • Absolutely. Members can add funds anytime to cover medical services or upcoming maintenance expenses.

What if my car repair costs more than I have saved?

  • If you expenses exceed your available balance and you have been a member for over 1 year, you will have access to the Wear & Tear Loan program to help you cover unforeseen issues.

Do I have to use a specific mechanic?

  • No. You can visit the mechanic of your choice as long as they are a reputable, licensed, bonded and insured automotive service shop.

How does the heath bundle work?

  • You will receive an additional medical card to keep things separate. You will be paired with a physician in your area and pay a small monthly fee without the hassle of insurance.

Can I cancel anytime?

  • Yes, you can cancel at any time.

Can I use my card for non car issues?

  • No. Your card will only work after a Maintenance Request submitted by you is approved and funds are added to your maintenance card.
Is my data secure?
  • Yes. We use encrypted servers and Stripe’s verification process to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell or share your data.
