Information Specialist (Onboarding & Data Support)

Role Summary
We are seeking an Information Specialist to support our onboarding processes and data management. In this role, you will be the "keeper of the details," ensuring that new members have a smooth transition into our systems. You will handle data entry, document organization, and guide members through their initial setup.
Key Responsibilities
- ​Onboarding Support: Act as the primary point of contact for new hires/users during their setup phase, ensuring they have access to necessary tools and forms.
- ​Data Management: accurately enter, update, and maintain records in our internal systems (spreadsheets, databases, or CRM).
- ​Documentation: Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and "How-To" guides to streamline future training.
- ​Quality Control: regularly audit data for errors or inconsistencies and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Communication: Coordinate between management and new users to ensure all requirements are met on time.
Qualifications
- ​Strong attention to detail—you notice the little things others miss.
- ​Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) or Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs).
- ​Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ​Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- ​Previous experience in data entry, HR assistance, or administrative support is a plus.
