Physical Returns Wear & Tear Solutions provides a digital benefits portal and membership service. Because we do not sell or ship physical retail goods, traditional physical returns are not applicable.

Digital Membership & Credit Refunds All refunds regarding your benefits retainer and accumulated credits are governed by our official Subscription & Credit Policy.

If you choose to cancel your membership, 100% of your remaining unused credits will be converted and transferred back to your original payment method within 45 to 65 days. The base monthly subscription and platform access fees are non-refundable.
